The office building of 1993 has 6060 m2 office area for rent.
The office building was planned by Sándor Pálffy and has an area of 13,240 m2 to offer for rent. We accomplished the technical supervision of the building on behalf of IVG. The building was awarded with the Property Project of the Year 2005 as well as with The Best Office Building Development 2005 prize.
Being the largest office building in Infopark, it offers an office area of 18,500 m2 for rent. It was constructed according to Barnabás Winkler’s plans. The building was awarded with the Budapest Architectural Niveau Prize 2007 as well as with The Best Office Building Development 2007 prize. We accomplished the technical supervision and the project management of the office building on behalf of IVG.
As the last phase of the Infopark development, this offi ce building off ers 17,000 m2 area for rent. Architecture: Balázs Marián, Kertész Architect Studio. This is the fi rst building constructed in Hungary being LEED Silver certified. We accomplished the technical supervision and the project management of the building on behalf of IVG.
The offi ce facility consisting of 2 offi ce blocks is situated at the bank of the Danube with an offi ce area of 9865 m2 for rent. The building in Közraktár Street 30, being a monument, was preserved during restoration while the building in Közraktár Street 32 is newly built. The building was constructed according to the plans of Kertész Architect Studio. We accomplished the technical supervision and the project management of the construction of the offi ce building on behalf of IVG Hungary Ltd.
The former East-German Embassy Building was reconstructed, turning into a modern office building with an office area of 5320 m2 for rent. Architecture: Barnabás Winkler. We accomplished the technical supervision of the building on behalf of IVG Hungary Ltd.
The plans for utilization of the monument building turning it into a modern office building were made by Kőnig and Wagner Architectural Office. The building has 5600 m2 office area to offer. We have accomplished the technical supervision of the construction on behalf of IVG.
On behalf of IVG, we were assigned the technical inspiration tasks, after the technical transmission in the world heritage area.
The Hochtief office development was constructed according to the plans of Finta Studio. The building has an office area of 32,500 m2 for rent with retail and catering units on the ground floor. C2C Ltd performed the technical supervision and the site managerial tasks.
The modern residential building was built according to the plans of Zsolt Zsuffa and László Kalmár. The construction was managed on behalf of Holdex-Immo Ltd.
The building is situated in the Soroksári Street, containing residential units for Greenaway Holdings, as well as offi ces and retail units on the ground fl oor. The project management from the purchase of the property to the occupancy of the accomplished building was carried out by our colleagues on behalf of Pantheon Investments Ltd. The management of the investment was accomplished by our colleagues on behalf of Metrimpex Trading company, according to Dr Ottó Czeglédi’s plans.
The full restoration and enlargement by means of extension of a partially bombed residential building in WWII was accomplished on behalf of Holdex-Immo Ltd.

A multi-dwelling apartment house was constructed according to János Dienes’ plans under the technical supervision of our colleagues.
Our colleagues performed the construction of this building in cooperation with Lindner Ltd on behalf of Interstat Ltd. The building was awarded by the Budapest Architectural Niveau Prize. The plans of the building were made by Péter Reimholz.
The construction of the house by means of utilizing an old building was managed by our colleagues according to János Csarkó’s plans.
